It's Nice Being on Top
For the 2nd week in a row, Marc Stein has ranked the Phoenix Suns atop the Power Rankings. Of course, any other choice would be foolish considering the Suns haven't lost in a month. The last Phoenix Suns loss was to the Utah Jazz in overtime on November 18. During that time there have been good games and bad games but the Suns have pulled out a win 14 straight times.
Other rankings of note in Marc Stein's power rankings:
The Bulls, Wizards and Celtics move up fast in the rankings.
The Nuggets moved down fast (and will probably fall even further after losing Anthony today)
All appears right in the world when the Suns are on top. Go Suns!

Steve Kerr's ranking ...
I think we have a favorable week with Toronto, Denver, and Washington on the schedule.
I am most looking forward to the Denver and Washington games ... Denver will be the first game for them with a Western opponent since the brawl, and Washington recently dropped 147 on the Lakers in OT. In their recent three game win streak, they were averaging 124.3 points per game. As Steve Kerr said, First person to 150 wins.
