Around SBN: Explaining Jeremy Lin's Early, Surprising Success

Obviously it's far too soon to even think about comparing Robin Lopez and Roy Hibbert but Suns fans will likely keep one (potentially envious and regretful) eye on how Hibbert performs.

Consider this your early regret warning. Or hopefully we will look back and be proud of our man. I am leaning strongly in that direction right now.

Hibbert is older and is a safe, solid rotation player type. Robin is more athletic and has a higher ceiling. it’s possible (likely) that Hibbert is more NBA ready now, but if you are looking at 5 years down the road, I’d be Robin is a better player then.
