We've been asked to contribute to this. I can't for the life of me think of anything interesting I have ever seen or eaten at any Phx sports venue.
Ideas?

It all pretty much sucks.
One summer, though, I worked concessions at Desert Sky Pavilion for concerts. The nacho cheese is re-used. Whatever is left over is put consolidated into a vat or two (or however many) and then reheated for the next show. That’s what makes it spicy.

True story
Our sports venues are lacking in any memorable/unique food experience. That’s why I eat before a game and head to Seamus McCaffrey’s for a couple Car Bombs before as well.
