There are a ton of apartments in the downtown area. In fact I once looked at a place right near the AZ Center where they told me Cliff Robinson lived (which would have been good if I needed a hook up).

I am sure he lives in one of those places so why should he drive a couple of blocks and deal w/ the traffic and construction. When I lived at 3rd St and Palm we would ride down town to baseball games all the time.
