Last year I told Ryan from Hornets 24/7 that their season reminded me a LOT of the 04/05 Suns what with their unexpected rise and the way fans embraced their team.

So, I am not surprised this year with expectations raised and their over dependence on an MVP point guard to read that questions are being raised about a team too dependent on one (great) player.

It will be interesting to see how the Hornets react. Will they try and make some moves to diversify their attack and deepen their bench or will they be patient with their young star and let things develop over the next few years. Their fans are certainly going to start clamoring for more if they fail to reach their goals.

One big difference - with Paul being so young, their window is certainly open wider then the Sun's ever was.
