Wow are you guys ready to lose 5 straight? Me neither. Paolo Bolvin calls the team unwatchable, but I found the fan/media handwringing unwatchable. Our team sucks right now. Own it!
And this isn't normal suckitude, this is deep-to-the-bone suckitude because are not talking about a youn Griz or Balzers team with all upside. We are talking about suckitude on the order of the Traveling Wilburys, the kind of suckitude only an all-star team of has-beens can muster. So much for teaching old dogs new tricks.
Anyway, all of the nonsense about benching players, putting more pressure on them is just outrageous. They are proud veterans used to winning. They care more than you do. I guarantee it.
No messages need to be sent to the players, Porter or Kerr. You can see it in their faces. Now if you're looking for a fire-sale, fine, but the best time to trade players is not after 4 or 5 losses, its after 4 or 5 wins. Instead, now is the time to send all that positive energy and excitement. They'll figure it out. They'll be the best team they can be.
The good news is that this is a home game and the bad news is that Deron Williams and Mehmet Okur are back. Still, I like our odds better with D-Will and Okur than with Energy Solutions.
Suns Ssuckitude compares well with the Traveling Wilburys. All-stars and hall-of-famers of the rock world brought together for like two albums of total suck.

Are the Traveling Marbury's worse then this?

I try to find hope in the little things.
Like, “Wow, Amare boxed out that time, AWESOME!”
or
“Wow, Boris looks more 05/06ish than ever.”
or
“Hey, this loss means that Porter’s closer to getting fired!”

Quentin Richardson declared after a game-winning shot that it "was like Hamlet. It was a suspense thriller, and I killed them at the end." Amare Stoudemire, when asked to comment on a 22-point third quarter against the Kings, said, "I've got a tendency to jump over some guys' heads and throw it down."
Really?
Do you honestly think there’s a snow balls chance in Phx that Porter will be fired this year.
He would have to sleep w/ Sarver’s daughter and post it on youtube for that to happen. To fire Porter now would be a HUGE admission of mistake by Sarver and Kerr. There’s just no way that is going to happen.
Nor do I think it should for that matter but that’s just one man’s meaningless opinion

Yeah, he's not being fired this year.
Which means they’re going to change our roster to suit him….which sucks.

At least it’s warm in Phoenix this time of year.

Whoa!
Hang on a second here. That can’t be right. We have only one more loss then the Jazz? I thought we were bottom feeding?
Blogging Suns Basketball
You might be bottom-feeding
the Jazz haven’t exactly blown the world way with their play so far this season. Injuries or not…
The Suns also have the advantage of not having played yesterday… the Jazz played a late game (because they were on ESPN… 8:30 PM MST start time) and get to the hotel in Phoenix until like 2:30 this morning.
Because the NBA loves having messed up scheduling.
At this point
I wouldn’t care if the Jazz bus got hijacked by a pack of 3rd graders, driven to Queen Creek and the Jazz players made to jog 30 miles to make it to the game on time.
There are times where I would say – well, we shouldn’t take anything from it since blah blah blah…Tonight is not one of those times.

I'm gonna need
a few some form of chemical imbalance for this game. Ya know wha the Suns remind me of? The Indians in Major League 2. And Amare is like Wild Thing, with his ego gettin in the way of playing ball.
Alright, lets get this fired up.
either utah is slower today or suns are faster. mayvbe both
Window Closed? Shit, just break it then.
Dragic doesn't look terrible.
Amare/Barbosa’s defense = FAIL
Diaw’s offense = almost fail, save for the fact that he made some nice passes
Shaq = cool beans so far
lol seriously, wtf is Barbosa doing on defense?!

Before Shaq's 3rd Foul
That was the best stretch of basketball from the Suns I’d seen this season. Shaq was being vintage with the passes, Steve Nash was doing his thing running around the paint like the good ol’ days, and omg Suns were running the break!

And I hope Kerr/Porter realize that Running Suns=Successful Suns

Thanks for taking care of Utah, though that was much closer than it needed to be ;-)
See you again in a few weeks to “Honor Terry Porter”
B-Rex bandwagon begins
Feel Good Inc.
This feels great. Now I can actually pull off this all nighter for calculus. On another note, I like what Eddie Johnson said, this game should show Amare what he’s really capable of…
Suns WIN!
Amare has had games like this…The question isn’t one of talent, it’s of consistency and effort. He was great tonight, however…Big ups the the Black Jesus
