Seeding Scenarios

NBA.com has a "NBA Playoff Seeding Scenarios" posted.
http://www.nba.com/news/playoff_scenarios_080416.html

3 of the Scenarios have Phoenix playing the Spurs, 2 playing Utah, and 1 playing Houston.

The only thing that confuses me is how does Houston have homecourt in the series against us if we are the 4th Seed and they're the 5th?

.

(Higher Seeded team has homecourt in first round unless otherwise indicated)
1. If Houston and San Antonio win:
3-San Antonio
4-Utah
5-Houston (homecourt)
6-Phoenix

2. If Houston, Utah and Phoenix win:
3-Utah
4-Phoenix
5-Houston (homecourt)
6-San Antonio

3. If Utah wins and Phoenix loses:
3-Utah
4-San Antonio
5-Houston
6-Phoenix

4. If San Antonio and Phoenix wins and Houston loses:
3-San Antonio
4-Utah
5-Phoenix (homecourt)
6-Houston

5. If San Antonio wins and Houston and Phoenix lose:
3-San Antonio
4-Utah
5-Houston
6-Phoenix

6. If Utah and Phoenix wins and Houston loses:
3-Utah
4-Phoenix
5-San Antonio
6-Houston

I want the four way tie scenario
Just cause I've never seen that before and it would be interesting to see.

Tiebreaker
If S.A. loses/Utah wins, Phx wins and Houston wins, there is a 4-way tie.  Utah automatically gets #3 and the 3-way tiebreaker between S.A., Phx and Houston is based on the cumulative record against each other which puts Phx at #4, Houston at #5 and S.A. at #6.  However, Phx then gets screwed out of home court because Houston has a  better conference record.  Makes no sense because Phx's cumulative better record against Houston and S.A. gets taken away and the home court is given to Houston.  At least I think that is why Houston gets home court.

Another thought
So if S.A. loses/Utah wins, Houston and Phx win and there is a 4-way tie and Utah gets #3 automatically and Phx ends up at #4, Houston #5 and San Antonio #6, and the conference record gives home court to Houston, if S.A. had a better conf. record against Utah (which they currently don't have and won't have against Utah should S.A. lose tonight), would a #6 San Antonio have home court against a #3 Utah?

My head's about to explode with all this.  I'm going to the game tonight and just know I am going to be checking the scores of the other games trying to figure it out as the game goes on.  Aaaaaaarrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhh!

This should give you the answers you seek (the one at truehoop figured it out too but this one is as good)
