"Under a rock?" doesn't even begin to scratch the surface. Anyone have a better analogy?

Duh ....
Does anyone not hink this trade was questionable? It seems that Heisley is throwing his GM under the bus. The only way that this trade is excusable is if Javaris Crittenden is a superstar. If they think so much of him, I wonder if the Suns can somehow pry loose Kyle Lowry or Mike Conley?
Heisley is clueless. He is griping that the lottery system is working because he hasn’t benefitted from it. Let’s see….
2001 – #6 Shane Battier ahead of Joe Johnson, RichardJefferson, Zach Randolph, Tony Parker, Gilbert Arenas, Mehmet Okur,
2002 – #4 Drew Gooden ahead of Amare Stoudemire, Caron Butler, Tayshawn Prince, Carlos Boozer, Luis Scola – all arguably better than Gooden
2003 – #15 drafted Marcus Banks ahead of David West, Boris Diaw, Leandro Barbosa, Josh Howard
2004 – #23 pick traded to Portland
2005 – # 19 Hakim Warrick- best available at that spot
2006 – #24 Kyle Lowry – pretty good pick at that spot
2007 – #4 Mike Conley – decent pick, only time will tell.
Gasol was obtained in a trade with Atlanta – pretty smooth trading by the Birdies.
This leaves a possible Memphis team of
G Tony Parker
G Rudy Gay
F Caron Butler
F Amare Stoudemire
C Pau Gasol
I think that team could do some damage. Yeah, Mr. Heisley, the lottery system is why your team is so bad. I get it.
