Around SBN: Diego Sanchez and the Dangers of Fame in MMA

Boo, Rosewood!

Now that I've got your attention, I think we might be able to boo Ellis.  Or cheer his injury?  Maybe.  Who knows?

Here's some news -- Monta Ellis may not have been totally honest about his ankle injury.

There's still more to the story ...

Ellis has revealed to Warriors management how he hurt his ankle and the two sides are in talks about how to put the situation behind them. According to a team source, the Warriors now know that Ellis' ankle injury — which he had surgery to repair on Aug. 27 — was not sustained "in a gym" and "it happened outdoors and not while playing basketball."

I’d rather beat the Warriors with everyone being healthy. Then it’s a real victory.
