Grant Hill's Groin Examined
Though Hill was the first to suggest that the Suns limit his time and pursue a free-agent wing (Barnes), he acknowledged Tuesday that his mysterious playoff pain was due to his January appendectomy.
The nebulous team references to lower-abdominal and right-groin pain weren't so mysterious to Hill. He said it was tied to his 2005 sports hernia that required surgery and nearly prompted him to retire.
"Everybody that I talked to said that if I hadn't had the appendectomy, it wouldn't have surfaced", said Hill
This is far more detail about Grant's groin then we have heard before. I am not a doctor but this certainly seems to make sense and is actually a good sign for the up-coming season.
I am fairly sure that Grant won't need another appendectomy.

Agreed
it’s certainly more about his groin than we’ve heard before, and possibly more than i ever needed to know about another mans’ groin to be quite honest….

But that's the thing with Grant Hill
There’s always going to be some new injury come up. He’s like a lemon. My dad used to drive lots of old cars. Every time he’d say,
“We’ve repaired and replaced the starter, alternator, clutch, rebuilt the engine… We replaced everything so the car should be set for repairs now. There should be nothing wrong going forward from here.”
Of course, a week later the car would be back in the shop.
Amare is moving.

Groin? Hernia?
So it wasn’t Monta Ellis’ fault that he was no good for SA?
