Typical $arver
Per the article, it looks like the Suns (i.e., Sarver) is not going to have to go out of pocket to get it and it’ll reduce power usage by 26 home games. That money-grubbing Sarver, saving on expenses left and right! Captialism saving the environment? I’m sure someone’s up to no good.

Arpaio
I think he could help in both those categories. Where’s his contribution to the environment?

I think Sheriff Joe contributes greatly to the composting efforts….

Aren’t most of his press conferences a couple blocks away?

Yes - great point!
Perhaps though we could chain up the tent city inmates to bicycle-like generators and have them pedal 8 hrs a day to generate electricity.
That way we would see a return on the cost of the bologna sandwiches we are feeding them.

Good
I see no problem with this. Home owners across the country get rebates when using solar. Hell the sun shines in Phoenix what, like everyday, use the sun. No big deal to me.
