Potential MVP Sarah Palin played.  So did Barry O'Bomber.  The ball never lies.  The question is whether the Bomber would see fit to spot the Baracuda a few points.  If so, would she accept?  Political overtones abound.

In one of the articles I found about his B-Bal background, Barack's old teammate said something like, "If he was missing shots, he'd just keep shooting and say that they'll fall eventually."  What that obviously means is that Coach Antoni supporters are also Obama supporters.

Palin was a "scrappy" player with a lot of "hustle."  So, I guess the McCain ticket has the support of those nutty fans in the "Bell Tower" who hang out over Hawkins' picture.

Since we don't have much else to do for a while, we might as well argue about who'd get to 11 first.
