“You can’t really prove that I was going to buy that crack. I was just in the crack neighborhood, hanging out with my crack-smoking friends and talking to a crack dealer when the undercover cop just happened to show up. You don’t konw that I was actually going to buy that crack and smoke it. You can never prove my intent.”

you prove intent by actions. Repeated actions over a series of time. I prove your intent to smoke crack by you smoking crack. I prove your intent to distribute crack by buying a certain amount of crack that is far beyond what one person can smoke. I prove Bowen is dirty by repeatedly smoking crack.
