Suns fans, we are in for a treat this season. For the first time ever for SB Nation we will have our own photographer for the NBA season which is going to be fantastic for our site. This means we (you!) will have access to exclusive Suns game photo's not seen anywhere else on the internet.

Towards the end of last season we got access to AP photos which was great but the number of images were limited to maybe 8 or 10 and frankly, the quality varied widely.

Now with Max Simbron joining our team as our official Photo Editor we will get much better options for telling the story with just the right picture and as you will see below with the 78 game photos be treated to a more in-depth visual experience of the team we all love.

Max has been "shooting" the Suns for 5 years and is a true professional. Look for him on the baseline where his red baseball cap. In talking to Max over the summer at Mercury games I can assure you that he knows more about basketball then most of us and brings a very unique perspective to the game. Hopefully, he will even write a bit at times and I am guessing he'd be happy to answer questions about either sports photography or the game and players.

We will also of course be "sharing" Max's work with our friends Sports 620 KTAR as well.

For your viewing pleasure, here's the first of many exclusive Suns photo galleries. These will usually be available the day after a home game.

And hey, check out those new Suns warm ups. Sweet!

Welcome Max!!!

Nice photo(s). I wonder what Dragic was “explaining” to Stoudemire.

Do I see a mature Amare Stoudemire

Check me on this one but it appears to me that what I’m seeing in the photo is a very mature Amare Stoudemire, listening…I don’t know how to put it in words but that is the best photo of Amare Stoudemire I’ve seen to date. I see his intensity to absorb what is being discussed by actively listening to the young gun. Great Photo!

I’m assuming he was listening to Goran Dragic, but what if he wasn’t? What if they were having a disagreement? Should we be so sure?

It was 42. 43 is Barbosa.

42?

I didn’t think the Suns were using #42 anymore. It’s sacred.

Hi guys, thanks for the warm welcome

I’m hoping we have an interesting season, and with the tempo that the Suns like to play, I’m sure it will be.
