I’ve always wondered what the relationship between nash and amare was like on a personal note.

Here’s 2 guys from totally different worlds- a 6 foot canadian from a happy middle class family and a 7 footer from a messed up single parent home in a swampy hellhole in Florida…and somehow they’ve combined to create one of the most potent combos in the league, which takes a certain amount of chemistry. But off the court, do they sit around and shoot the shit? do they have anything to talk about at all? Do they need a particularly good relation to function well? I’m trying to remember any stories about stockton and malone but I don’t recall any stories..

anyways, that quote, if taken at face value would seem to indicate that there is a bond there, which I would love to believe..
