We need....Nuggets!

ed note: Head over to Pick Axe and Roll and cheer on our new BFF's

We Need the Mavs to take a loss tonight against Denver. Even though Nene is out I think the Mavs will have a tough time competing in this one. I do wonder though, how in the world does it seem like every suspension in the NBA has a negative affect on the Phoenix Suns?

That's just our dumb luck. I will surely be rooting for Denver. GO CARMELLO! heh. Who is with me?!

I really hate all of this...I was more content just knowing we had a reserved spot in the playoffs.

Star-divide

Barkley (not that his opinion actually matters) stated recently these next two games will be losses for the Mavs.

The Nuggets

can’t be relied upon. There’s a better chance that Dallas brings the suck and losses this game thanf Denver actually plays inspired ball and wins this game.

at least kidd is out too

i think kidd is more valuable to dallas than nene is to denver

This game

is so freaking frustrating to watch. And I hate rooting for Melo. And I despise JR Smith.

by gadogry on Mar 27, 2009 8:58 PM MDT reply actions

hahahaha

i have no qualms rooting for them. i know theyll get bounced in the 1st round anyway :)

stat of the night

denver shoots 56, dallas shoots 36 and nuggets win by 2 o_O

by ryansunsfan on Mar 27, 2009 9:02 PM MDT reply actions

because

The refs were doing all they could to give the Mavs the game. Dallas just had too much suck.

by gadogry on Mar 27, 2009 9:03 PM MDT up reply actions

co-stat of the night

Dallas shot 37 free throws to Denver’s 18. That’s more than double.

+1

I think I aged like 5 years every time JJ freaking Barea hit a 3.

by gadogry on Mar 27, 2009 9:07 PM MDT up reply actions

Does anybody think

that Dallas might be getting a little help from the refs? but they just suck so much it doesn’t even matter?

Absolutely. Yes. Totally. Without a doubt.

38-17 free throws disparity. And that offensive foul on Billups was bogus. And that kickball end up being foul on Melo, and that 3 sec in lane on JR Smith…

And yes, Dallas was so messed up. And we really need them to suck.

Man, Dirk blew it there at the end

Cleanest look I’ve ever seen him get and he bricked it.

Bonus: Hornets got blown out in the second half by the Knicks with a 16-35 3rd quarter. They still have a rough schedule with 6 games against the top 9 in the West and play Dallas twice…this is gonna get weird.

Crazy stretch ahead

Suns will be in the playoffs. Trust me

Hornets

are also missing Peja and Tyson Chandler. Peja is “day to day” with mystery back problems for weeks now and Chandler is listed as out 2 wks with an ankle injury.

You wouldn’t think they could fall far enough for us but after losing to the knicks who knows.

Suns just need to keep winning

The Utah game

is going to be tough, especially if they bring the type of game they brought to Portland. Also, I’m convinced Utah exists in some sort of alternate dimension.

Blazer fan here

I really want the Suns to beat out Dallas. I have always been a 2ndary fan of Phoenix. Good luck against the Jazz. It is going to be tough.

You guys have a real shot at 8th place. If the Suns take care of business the game against Dallas next week could be for #8. I know who I’ll be rooting for.

If the Suns beat the Jazz tomorrow (I guess actually tonight) then I’m predicting you all to be #8. That is a huge confidence builder.

Then it will be we need… Wolves, Grizzlies, Heat, Jazz, Hornets, Rockets to win. And then you will lose to us in Dallas, which will in effect end your dreams of winning your way into these playoffs.

You're

absolutely right. With a brilliant visionary like Mark Cuban to run your team, it’s apparent how great they are. All I have to do is look at the Golden State-Dallas playoff series. Or the New Orleans-Dallas series. With brilliant clutch performances like that, you’ll go far.
