Around SBN: Jeremy Lin Continues Rampage, New York Wins On Road

Jason Richardson buys ad (again)

One thing Golden State Warrior fans love about Jason Richardson was the $50,000 full page ad he bought apologizing for the 2005-2006 season.  Warriors fans congratulated Suns fans, saying we were getting far more than a $14 million dollar per year dunk champion, we were getting a classy citizen in our neighborhood.

Given the current level of the Suns' uberphail, the Bright Side of the Sun Fake News Team has learned that JRich has already purchased another ad.  He reportedly told the kinko sales assistant, our very own Phoenix Stan, "Hey, it worked once..."

Hey, Jason Richardunkerson, we still believe.  See his ad after the jump.

At this rate...

…I think the best way to show any sort of appreciation for the fans would be to cancel any and all upcoming games. : /

yeah, kinda depressing huh?

I have to ask, why am I so let down by JRich? What is my problem?

C'mon Suns - one more time...

first off, its not the money.

he’s athletic, makes a lot of putbacks, shooting 40%+ from three…doesn’t complain about the offense.

I just feel like he doesn’t seem to change the game. I haven’t decided how I feel about him as a defender. Someone help me out!

I remember

a couple years ago, JRich was still with GSW, they were a mostly crappy team and injuries were piling up. They were playing against some decent team (It was Miami I think), and he just went MJ in the 2nd half and singlehandedly won a game. At that point, I thought his ceiling was “Legit franchinese guy for a bad team / good 2nd gun on a good team”. Like a Caron Butler.

But since he was traded to CHA, he never lived it up again. Yeah he led in scoring on the ‘Cats but he didn’t lead the team. He seems to be just content with making $ and being OK. You can argue that Barbosa is a better player than JRich now.

Even Eddie House won a couple games for us. I can’t remember JRich doing so.
