At the end of the day, the Timberwolves took their 5th and 6th picks, and, without making a trade, managed to walk away with my #1 (Rubio) and #4 (Flynn) prospects in this draft. How anyone could possibly call this outcome a failure or cause for concern is beyond me. Outside of the Lakers, Cavaliers, and Magic, I can't think of a single team in the league with as many assets or as much potential as the T-Wolves. We're certainly not ready to contend with the likes of those three, but the plan to get us there is fully in motion. Al Jefferson is a beast, Kevin Love is a work horse, Ricky Rubio has basketball in his DNA, and I'm already beginning to form a KG-ish man-crush on Johnny Flynn. We've got picks galore. I tend to agree with this idea that Kahn did well drafting both Rubio and Flynn. Others disagree and think he's a fool. Marwan’s just been going down a bad path for years and it must suck to have family like that.

agreed. We may bag on Amare for some on-court basketball related stuff, but I think it’s pretty clear that he, despite all of the hardships and tragedy that surrounded him as a child, has grown into a very good person. He may have his faults as a player, but he’s a great role model in certain ways as well….props to the Black Jesus

What a joke... Ellis is not worth his contract
and is always going to be too small for the 2 guard and have too low a basketball I.Q and passing game to be a point guard. Those types of players rarely can become franchise guys regardless of upside.( especially ones with ellis’ attitude)
I think he is a bit better then barbosa but barbosa comes at 6 million compared to 11 million.
