Nash AND Amare trade
Alright, this post is partially in jest to all the other crazy trade rumours (I'm looking at you, Rondo/Allen trade). But the more I think about it, the more I like it.
To Chicago: Steve Nash, Amare Stoudemire,
To Phoenix: Derrick Rose, Loul Deng, Ty Thomas, Tim Thomas
Why Chicago does it: I firmly believe this trade makes Chicago contenders, if not favorites. This trade gives Chicago the cap room to resign Gordon, making their lineup:
Nash
Hinrich/Gordon
Salmons
Amare
Miller/Noah
No way that team doesn't contend in the East.
Why Phoenix does it: Want to blow it up? Want to rebuild? This is your wish. Rose is the next great point guard - Nash is replaced. I believe in Deng's talent, and most of the Suns fans would deal Amare for Salmons, Thomas and Thomas anyway. Deng is younger, quicker, and more talented than Salmons, it's known the Bulls want to deal him, and we still get the next PF. Lineup of the future:
Rose/Dragic
Barbosa/Johnson?
Richardson/Clark
Thomas/Blair?
Lopez
Better than rebuilding with Antawn "Creaky Hips" Jamison, people.
Yes, it's a huge deal, but huge deals have been done before. I think the Bulls will be looking to capitalize on their glut of talent know that John (I'm terrified of dealing for a superstar) Paxson is gone.

He stays until his contract
Or, we trade him at the deadline for some cash-strapped team. My fingers are still crossed for Chandler

Rose involved=chicago hanging up laughing
Steve Nash, the league's MVP, is a longhaired Canadian who spoke out against the war in Iraq and reads The Communist Manifesto. Quentin Richardson declared after a game-winning shot that it "was like Hamlet. It was a suspense thriller, and I killed them at the end." Amare Stoudemire, when asked to comment on a 22-point third quarter against the Kings, said, "I've got a tendency to jump over some guys' heads and throw it down."

Maybe we can say ...
“Hey, that dude cheated on his SAT! We’ll go ahead and take that controversy off your hands so you don’t have to worry your pretty little head about it.”

And then you woke up...
Why the hell would the Bulls give up so much for a guy going out soon and one that might not last long (eye, knee)…

I'm not saying it's gonna happen tomorrow
One, it is mostly for fun. Like I said at the top of the post.
Two, they would do because we’d be taking on every bad contract of theirs, and they’d be losing only one player they want. Nash, last season, was still better than Rose, and they definitely want Amare.
I’m not saying it’s going to happen, just that it could. I honestly believe that LeBron James is honestly the only untouchable player in the league.

I have absolutely no problem with
reading through trade scenarios. But one’s that make sense for both sides are easier to absorb and usually spark more interest.
