Sun's Summer League Roster
I will have more on this later, but it is interesting to note that the Suns will be able to start five guys from the big league club this year: Lopez (C), Clark (PF), Griffin (SF), Tucker (SG), Dragic (PG). It should be fun!

Hopefully that starting 5 tears it up!
As for the rest of them…meh.
Steve Nash, the league's MVP, is a longhaired Canadian who spoke out against the war in Iraq and reads The Communist Manifesto. Quentin Richardson declared after a game-winning shot that it "was like Hamlet. It was a suspense thriller, and I killed them at the end." Amare Stoudemire, when asked to comment on a 22-point third quarter against the Kings, said, "I've got a tendency to jump over some guys' heads and throw it down."
I'm hoping we find some other surprises that outshine some of these guys
Sad that Tucker is still in these things instead of getting real minutes
Who are these guys again?
Dragic
Nice to see he’s packed on some muscle. Hopefully all the playing he’s doing this summer will alleviate his deer in headlights look.
PSN ID- presbot
maybe that's just how he looks.
maybe he’ll make the deer in the headlights thing look cool. but probably not.

I like this 5
Dragic = Mr Hyde. He doesnt look the way he balls. I saw dude dunk, I think twice, last season. Whoa, point guards dont just go out and dunk on dudes. Especially not small white European point guards. I was a doubter at the start, but his improvement has changed me.
I have nothing to say about Clark or Griffin. Go out there and show me what ya got.
Lopez didnt impress me at all last season. Its rough to have a twin to always be compared to. But the biggest difference is that Brook went straight to being the starting C while Robin had to sit and watch Shaq. I’d like to see what Robin will do now that that huge cactus needle was removed from his feet and he can get some running time.
I’m a fan of Alando Tucker. I think he’s a sleeper. He might not ever become the All Star type of player. But I can definitely see this guy becoming a 6th man.
Dragic
I don’t think his athleticism was ever questioned or should have ever been questioned. That’s why the Suns were so high on him. Dude’s a freak for his size and position.
Take care of the little things, and the big things will take care of themselves.

Being on the summer league roster is basically being told you’re not going to be in the league in two years. Anyone going to update this blog today, by the way? Some us are at work here, hello. Are you telling me I should work?
well...if your not a rookie or sophmore then its usaully a bad sign....
nate robinson was in it two years ago though….still hope for tucker!

Don't forget
he was injured last year…besides, unless JRich goes he’s not going to get playing time for the Suns.
Vegas is a good place to showcase him and increase his value in a trade

But I don't want him to be traded!
He’s got premium talent…just isn’t used.

Well, I agree
but Coro has a point that paying him almost $2m not to play doesn’t make a ton of sense. It all depends on how committed the Suns are to keeping JRich.
Either way, showcasing him in Vegas can’t hurt and he needs the work anyway after being hurt all last year and not doing much for his confidence
