Jamaal Tinsley being waved

Indiana is waving Jamaal Tinsley....it would be awesome if we could get him for the min this year as a backup point guard. He's experienced and had some pretty good seasons in Indiana. The biggest issue, besides some off court behavior (and the on court brawl) is that he's been pretty fragile. He's missed about 30 games a season. Maybe the trainers here in town could help w/that.

I like Dragic...but this would be an area I think the Suns do need to improve in this season.

No.. hell no...

Just remember that the S.I unit of boneheadedness is the microTinsley.

I don’t mind Tinsley the character on this team. I think we have enough good character guys. If he’s gonna get into trouble, it won’t really affaect our guys.

But my question is, how GOOD is he now? How long will it take for him to get up to speed? Could he just a has-been that has a name? Watch how much Marbury sucked for the Celtics…

Actually, you think Marbury would play for the vet min for us? Do you WANT that to happen?

And what about Jason “White Chocolate” Williams? He just got waived by the Clippers today!

I like it...

Yeah, if we can get a quality veteran at the minumum, we should do it. It would make us more effective and we wouldn’t have to worry about Dragic not filling in well for Nash. Tinsley or Williams would be good off the bench. I don’t think Marbury will sign for the minumum.

I’m all for making low-cost, smart acquisitions at this point. I think we have the main pieces in place. All we have to do is put them to work and sit back and watch. If the key players perform like they’re capable and like they have something to prove this year, we’ll be the surprise team to watch this year.

Jason Williams

of all these guys, JW makes the most sense. Geez, Marbury said JUST THE OTHER DAY that he is the best PG in the league. And of course if we get Tinsley, we will have to put metal detectors in all the strip clubs in OPhoenix
