Leandro Barbosa Wrist Surgery Set For Monday
After exploring the options, Leandro Barbosa will undergo was minor procedure to remove a cyst from his right (shooting) wrist. As we reported after Friday's game, the cyst had caused swelling, loss of mobilities and discomfort and was impacting Leandro's shooting abilities.
Recover time is estimated at 4 weeks.
Jason Richardson will get the start tonight with Goran Dragic getting more minutes. Steve Kerr said it was too soon to consider a D-league player to fill the role of emergency back-up to the back-up guard. Both Dudley and Hill can play the shooting guard if needed.

best wishes for a speedy recovery
we need our old LB back. his explosiveness and shooting are much needed as our offense stalls significantly during games without it.
we need our “spirit animal” back soon!!!
Its better for him to miss a month and then come back like the LB we all know and love
than for him to continue playing ineffectively and in pain for the rest of the season
is there an exact team where we can call for back up player in d-league?
or we can select players from other teams in d league?
i think we can select anyone in the d-league as long as they are not owned by another NBA team, for example, if Blake Griffin were playing in the d-league, we could not sign him, but we could sign his teammate Griffin Blake. could be wrong tho…

true
but don’t expect this to happen
Kerr said they don’t see the need to bring someone up that’s not going to play. They have enough players on the roster. If need be, Dudley or Hill can play the two guard.
As long as Dragic and Nash stay healthy they won’t need another guard.

Hopefully
If Hill and Dudley are playing more 2, we might see more Earl Clark
I'm hoping so!
Dragic
Dudley
Clark
Amundson
Frye
I really like that bench lineup. 4 decent defenders, three guys who can hit the three ball, and a very tall frontcourt!
Steve Nash, the league's MVP, is a longhaired Canadian who spoke out against the war in Iraq and reads The Communist Manifesto. Quentin Richardson declared after a game-winning shot that it "was like Hamlet. It was a suspense thriller, and I killed them at the end." Amare Stoudemire, when asked to comment on a 22-point third quarter against the Kings, said, "I've got a tendency to jump over some guys' heads and throw it down."
