Will option be exercised?

I have not seen or remember the suns picking up the third year option on earl,If thats the case we have until november 1st to pick it up or he will be an unrestricted free agent next season and then even if the fo wanted to bring him back they cant offer more than what the option year would have paid Remember marcus banks in minn they wanted him back but boston declined the option year before he got traded & wolves couldnt go higher than what the option would have paid and we were so lucky to secure his services.So is earl in the cards going forward?
