Fellow Suns Fans:
I have a short story to tell you, one that I think you will relate to. It involves a young boy with a dream. A dream for fame and fortune. He had one burning desire that consumed him. The desire to taste just a little bit of the glory of NBA life.
Unfortunately, he was short, skinny, bald and had an awful jump shot. Not a good combination of attributes to become an NBA player. Early in life he realized the only way he could be part of the game was to watch the game, think about the game, and then write about the game. But if only he had a vessel for his talents...If only he could find an audience to read, enjoy, and comment on his thoughts...
After years of frustration that boy grew into a man. One day that man heard of a brilliant sage who went by the name of PHX Stan. The man with a dream convinced Stan after many, many phone calls, emails, candy grams, and overcame Stan's threats of restraining orders and physical violence to obtain a chance to write for the already brilliant site: www.Brightsideofthesun.com
And after some impressive writing, Stan was convinced he had himself a new rookie to add to the Brightside squad.
That bald man er, boy, er whatever, was me, one Wilfredo A. Cantrelli, known by many of you as Wil Cantrell.
If you want to be like me, not bald or old or anything, but a writer for your favorite Suns blog on the planet, let's talk. I can promise you no compensation, no free tickets or access to Suns players, I can't even promise you that you will have the chance to meet the artist formally known as PHX Stan.
But what I can promise you is the fame and fortune that comes with being a BSOTS writer. And trust me, it is a life changer.
If you are interested, let's talk, you know how to find me.
