At this point I think we have all the pieces together and the only thing that's clear is that no one team can offer a good enough package on its own for STAT. So, what we need is a third team to make this happen. We all know that the Suns want Iggy. That's the end game. Philly wants good young, cheap talent in return IE: not STAT and they want to ditch one of their big contracts (Brand, Dal). Here's a few ways that could get done:
Trade Scenario 1: Miami http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=ykzrwle
Suns Get:
Samuel Dalembert ($12m) and Andre Iguodala ($12.2)
76ers Get:

Leandro Barbosa ($6.6), Michael Beasley (4.6) and Jermaine O'Neal (23)
Heat Get:
Amare Stoudemire (16.3) and Jason Kapono (6.2)
Trade Scenario 2: Cleveland http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=yjpv83e
Suns Get:

Samuel Dalembert ($12m), Andre Iguodala ($12.2) and Daniel Gibson (4)
76ers Get:

Leandro Barbosa ($6.6), J.J. Hickson (1.4) and Big Z (11.5)
Cavs Get:
Amare Stoudemire (16.3)
I think both trades are a win-win for all three teams. Sadly, this would require work on the part of the 76ers, who are lazy and probably won't do it. 3 team deals are always complicated, but since Ferry and Kerr work well together already, it shouldn't be nearly as daunting as normal.
