Amar'e and Barbosa to the Heat for Beasley, Q(expire), Haslem(espire) and their 1st round pick. This deal is good enough to still give us a shot at the playoffs and than cap relief in the summer with a better 1st round pick than what Cleveland could get us. Of course, we could always trade Q or Haslem right away to another team for another player and pick just like we could with Ilguaskas in the Cavs deal.
