BSotS Live Chats: the greatest motivational tool EVER!
Wow, talk about a motivational tool!
Goran Dragic follows up a live chat on BSotS with his best overall game as a Phoenix Sun: 16 points and 10 assists to help the Suns beat the OKC Thunder ON THE ROAD. This was an OKC team riding a 9-game winning streak. And sitting higher in the standings. And without Steve Nash to smooth over any rough patches. Easily the most important game of the year for him.
Then Robin Lopez follows up his own live chat on here with HIS best game as a Phoenix Suns: 19 points, 10 rebounds, 4 blocks and LOTS and LOTS of forced misses at the rim. I was at the game, 12 rows up the corner from the Suns bench, and I'm telling you it was beautiful to watch. The Jazz missed layups badly, and Boozer missed a lot of his little turnaround fadeaways, and it seemed like every one of those had a Lopez hand in close proximity. And only one foul till the fourth quarter. Really cool stuff. Oh yeah, everything he said in the chat that he wanted to do, he DID it in this game. And he even predicted a blowout.
So 2 chats, two HUGE games by the chatters and 2 HUGE wins by the Suns against playoff competition.
So when's the next chat, Seth? And who will it be? I'm thinking Lou or Duds. And, can you time it so it's right before another big game?

I guess there is something about us fans that motivate the players…
We have to get Dudley on here some time. Wait maybe a live chat would help Barbosa?
I think we should stick to guys
that can read and type in English from now on…

GET TAYLOR GRIFFIN IN ON THIS!
Steve Nash, the league's MVP, is a longhaired Canadian who spoke out against the war in Iraq and reads The Communist Manifesto. Quentin Richardson declared after a game-winning shot that it "was like Hamlet. It was a suspense thriller, and I killed them at the end." Amare Stoudemire, when asked to comment on a 22-point third quarter against the Kings, said, "I've got a tendency to jump over some guys' heads and throw it down."
Taylor Griffin? Bring Clark back from the D-League and get him on this!
"What I've achieved now is something that I always figured I would as a kid. I've had that type of determination since I was a youngster playing around the playgrounds, getting dirty after school." - Amare Stoudemire
How about Amare?
The way he’s playing a live chat could be his ticket to a 60-30 game.

no no its gotta be someone we're counting on that needs a big game
Amare’s already doing that (as are Nash and Hill), and Clark and Griffin don’t count cuz they won’t get important minutes in the next game. And I’m not sure we’d get the same response from LB – he’s too worried about his wrist right now.
We need Duds or Lou! Make it happen, Seth. We need it. The Suns need it. America needs it.

Too late to change the stupid twitter name. Did it as a joke to my teenager, but now I'm hooked on the news-feed aspect of twitter.
Sure, but..
tell me the prospect of 60-30 doesn’t just make you a little bit giddy.
