In case you missed it, Bill Simmons started a twitter account for chants at the game. http://twitter.com/celticschants
Listening to the fans chant, "New York Knicks" at the end of the game last night may have been the highlight of my week -- unless Sunday counts as part of this week. If Sunday is part of this week, then this was the second most enjoyable thing that happened.
I may have to join Twitter or something. I have trouble posting things here, but I bet I can open a Twitter account. Do you get charged for text messages, though? I still haven't gone over to the unlimited texting plan, because I do it so infrequently.
I think I'm going to set this up.

You can run twitter online for free
you couldn’t do it at the game though you’d have to plan it out beforehand. It sounds like a great idea and it seemed to work for Simmons. OF course he had the advantages of the raucous Boston crowd and being a sports writer with thousands of followers of twitter, not sure how people like us could get the word out enough to start numerous succesful chants.
Depending on the type of phone you have you can either use a Twitter app, or use the mobile version of the Twittter site
You'd better stop that, it's not being decided by that. It's being decided by two Phoenix Suns who knew about the rule, forgot about it, couldn't control themselves, and didn't have coaches that could control them. And don't you forget it.

I actually just made a comment about this in another post – this needs to happen.
There’s so many possibilities for the Lakers, especially Kobe.
Kobe’s sexual assault case:
“Colo-rado!!!!” clap clap clap clap clap “Colo-rado!!!!”
or maybe just “No means no!!”
Maybe something about Bynum’s fragility, how Ariza is better than Artest, and for Odom it should definitely be “Kim is hotter!!” “Kim is hotter!!”
Colorado is so last decade

There’s got to be something good with Odom, though. That must be true love; there’s no other explanation.

but im having trouble thinking of stuff, mainly since we havnt had too much history with the lakers in recent years. and the media coverage of them has been 99% positive this year. also, what could possibly be better than “New York Knicks” for lebron?
