I am sure you all are just like me right now, pining away as wait for game 1 against the socially indescribable Lakers. I have been thinking about an idea since the Suns stuck their necks out politically and dawned the Los Suns jerseys. Not only did this help the character of our team, it may also help us sign of this teams characters.

There has been a lot of discussion about what this team should do with Stoudemire and if we can "afford" him. In pop Los Suns. Yes, this was a political statement, but could also proove a real boost to the Phoenix Suns market. These jerseys recieved national press from Fox News and even our President.  They were a household name. I would not mind a few bandwagoner fans who go out and buy these jerseys and earn the team some extra dinero to work with in the offseason. We may make a huge jump in terms of our national fan base, especially to the latino community. We may even get some political bandwagon jumpers as well. Add this to some increased jersey sales for our emerging bench bunch and a deeper than expected playoff run and this could be a real boost in our attempt to resign our beloved power forward.
