Hi !!!! Everyone amongst us is going to ask question and throw details of what we can do and what we must do in this offseason.

All opinions are welcome and before we make our opinions or post them, it would be best that we know the organizations Salary Situation. We are not The Lakers with an unlimited pit of Money buried somewhere in the heart of Los Angele

Salary Cap for Year 2010-11 is $56.1 Million.

***If it was up to the part owner Sarver, he would like to keep us at about $20 Million or below, but that ain’t happening to have a competitive team on the floor. Therefore I expect the FO to stay at about $60 Million in player salaries.

The above line is a full blown assumption from A%se without a single morsel/bone of truth in it. But we gotta have some stops in our imagination for a better team.

Our current Salary Situation stands as follows :-

Player Option / Early Termination Option / Team Option / Qualifying Offer / Non-guaranteed

*     No Longer With Team

Simply put, we are $7,412,824 over the cap based on Current Salaries for 12 Palyers only. At this stage, let us now check our players under contract this year. Players who do not have Player Option / Team Options / Early Termination Options / Add one player with no reason to leave Option (Grant Hill).

Jason Richardson            - $14,444,443

Steve Nash                    - $10,310,938

Leandro Barbosa             - $7,100,000

Goran Dragic                  - $1,972,000

Earl Clark                       - $1,898,760

Robin Lopez                   - $1,867,320

Jared Dudley                  - $2,151,068

Taylor Griffin                  - $762,195

Grant Hill***                - $3,240,000

TOTAL                         - $ 41,879,404

These are our current Salaried players with no options. I have taken the liberty of adding Grant Hill to this list as he has repeatedly stated his interest to stay with the team. (THANK YOU GRANT AND WE ALL LOVE YOU TOO)

Now we have the questions and debates. Let’s tackle the easier question first. Chaning Frye. He has a player option which he WILL exercise. There will be many suitors for his talent.

Lou Amundson / J-Collins / Dwayne Jones – Are not on our roster for 2010-11. Oh God !!! What do we do ???

And last we have the most important question in relation to Amare Stoudamire. A decision that could make or break the organization. Choose and think wisely.
