I know what, we can offer a part of our TPE to the HEAT for Michael Beasley. He was conected to STAT trading rumors in the deadline. We can absorb his contract from the HEAT (if LeBron says tonight he's going there) and get a starting PF for free that has as much upside as Amar'e had when we drafted him. I don't believe he'll be a distraction to the team, we have nice guys like Dudley that could make him focus and with him and Warrick, we have almost as much firepower as we had with STAT, but for about 9mil less. Ok, rebounding is still going to be a problem, but for that, we can only hope a RoLo improvement and why not a Beasley improvement too? Rumors said the Clippers were trying to get him "for free", if can they try that, why can't we?
We could even offer Earl Clark or one of our 2nd round picks from last year, or a sign and trade for Amundson (he's a guy they'd want to pair with stars to do the dirty work and Bosh would be relieved to not have Lou owning him again like he did last year and the year before). So, is that a good Plan C or not?
