With the failed Carmelo Anthony trade, how about this trade with the Nets:

Nets get Childress, Pietrus and Warrick

Suns get Troy Murphy and Derrick Favors (and perhaps a round 1 draft pick in 2012).

This allows the Nets to immediately improve their game this season and perhaps have better players to trade in the future, Also, Derrick Favors is not proven yet and will take time to develop.  Plus they can draft other players as they have 5 round 1 draft picks in the next two years - thus replenish and develop while have a decent team to play.
