Can/Should the Suns bring back Vince Carter?

I know, I know, we were all counting down days until he was gone, but hear me out.

Obviously Vince is not worth $18 million dollars and the Suns are going to cut him and eat the $4 mil, but is it possible for them to re-sign him after that to a more reasonable contract (maybe 2-3 million for a year or two)? I know he was frustrating to watch at times, but there were games every now and then where he went off, and let's be honest, the Suns need a scoring punch and aren't likely to find one in free agency this year. If they were able to bring him back at a much reduced price, I would be interested in bringing him off the bench and see if he can provide a spark. You can usually tell pretty quickly if he has it or not each game, and when he does, you ride it, and when he doesn't, you sit him and stick with Duds. They are going to be paying him $4 million anyways, so why not pay him slightly more and see if they can squeeze out any talent he has left.

Thoughts?
