While Robin Lopez had the worst season of his short career, some people are thinking about giving up on this kid, FO has expressed they,re feelings about him, that he is healthy and he can improve a lot more, but just to use him as a bait to maybe get a Undersized PF or an another SG a la VC, well there brightsiders the truth about RoLo is that he aint the same Center from 09, that one Gentry called "2nd most important player", he is injury has bring him down, and he might never ever recover, but i wouldnt bet on it, would you?
Lopez is playing along two pillars of real sportmanship, Grant Hill and Steve Nash, he is watching the kids that once wanted to be as important as him evolve into something even better, Jdudz and Frye, He is being replace with an ugly long nose Polish Hammer, and he is aware of what could happen to him if he doesnt pick up his game, Bye Bye Dragon, he must be motivated to improve.
We got a great medical staff, look at Grant Hill, Steve Nash, Frye recover rapidly, VC was dunking after 15 games, Gani Lawal is really close to pick up his game, Lopez should be healthy enough this next season, to be honest he has never really jump, so dont use that as argument.
Some may say, he doesnt want to be here, but i cant believe that, he has develop a mid range jumper because he hasnt been able to jam the rim as before, A 7FT guy shooting Mid Range, that shows he wants to contribute to this team.
So to wrap it all up, Lopez is a great teammate, he is not hurting us on anyway, he is working hard, he would improve next year, so never sell low on this kid, we sure aint getting tyson chandler or Kevin Love, if we let RoLo go, we will have to re-sing Earl Barron, thats an lifechanger name, isnt it ?
