Philly thinking of trading Iggy. Fans on Liberty Ballers have shown interest in Channing, Lopez, and Warrick.
What do you think? Should the Suns try to make a play for him?

I heard rumors that Philly was negotiating with Memphis into trading him for Rudy Gay since they make the same amount. From what I heard from Philly fans, Iggy is not what you think he is and overrated. I would be more interested in Jrue Holiday or something. I’d trade Lopez and Warrick for Iggy though but def not Frye. The guy fixes our spacing on the floor and you saw what happened to the team when he didn’t play. I would keep Nash, Gortat, Frye, Hill, and Dudley. Don’t really care for anyone else but Chilly is cool too.

Also, if I was Memphis, I would keep Gay. They have a good thing going on right now and wouldn’t wanna mess it up.

Also, I'd come to realize that Iggy can't play defense after watching the playoffs.

Iggy is a good second or third star. He would be great for mid-high money if we had a first or second quality star which we don’t with all due respect to the aging Steve Nash.

Yeah i would honestly love iggy

Potential problems list.
1. Grant hill and iggy essentially play the same game. Oh yeah lets throw Childress in this list too. That’s a suns favorite in hill, and player everyone wants to see make his contract work in childress. That and grant hill is the best three point shooter of the 3…
2. Shit we add another wing for a center and 2 power forwards! You got to be kidding me! That doesnt even work in fantasy basketball!
3. Iggy plays best as a distributor. A point forward system would take the ball out of the hands of Nash. Iggy likes being the point guard. Nash and iggy give us two destributors and no scorers.
4. I was never a Fry hater. The dude finally got consistent minutes in the suns system and has GREATLY improved in two seasons. He is part of our core even if he is relegated to a high minutes backup. He fits the suns system to a T and that is why we gave him so much cash to stay.
5. I just wanted 5 because it made it cool.

Sad as it is to say, iggy’s play making abilities would be great if the suns get something big for Nash on the trade market. I think he would make a great point forward with brooks being his sniper from down town. Oh yeah…please dont try to turn him into a power forward lol.
