So I decided to translate some parts of this Q&A from those videos.

Everybody known that we are in the video room." I thought myself "Aha. Ok. I know where we are, I know from where we start". I promised myself that he (Robin) will not catch the ball at training and take my word - in the half of the season I more waited for training than for a match. The boy had so a great chance, he got such a great opportunity to play in the first five as a starter... When I was still in Orlando and played behind Dwight's back I prayed for a chance... He had such a chance for two years and he didn't take advantage of it. So I told - if not you - there is one thousand people for your place. The next in the line was Marcin Gortat, who came and took your place in the team... It's businnes. That's life. I took his place and we (he and people on the camp) hope that I will play for a very long time in this team...
