Marcin negotiate with russian team from... (no, not from St. Petersburg)

Interview with newspaper "Polska. The Times" (31.07.2011)

My translation (not alway word for word, I tried to catch proper meaning of Marcin's words. In square brackets my extra info) ... Sorry for any mistakes.

Q: On Friday, however, FIBA gave the green light to players from the NBA. Except that the day after the end of the lockout, all players must return to their teams.

Marcin: Yes, but I havn't talked to my agent since the emergence of this information. But I think that in the coming days my possible play in the European team should be clarified. Although it is not easy. In the media there was info about Spartak St. Petersburg, but I do not know why, because I just talked with another team ...

Q: Several days ago you said that it is a team from the most beautiful city in Russia ... So it is some other beautiful city in Russia except St. Petersburg?

Marcin: It is.

Q: Which one?

Marcin: Moscow. So now you can guess which team I'm talking about because there are some of them [in Moscow] (laughs). We'll see how it all will be. There is also ŁKS [Łódzki Klub Sportowy - Lodz Sports Club - Marcin's first team, where he played soccer and started to play basketball. Marcin is one of the owners of the team which was promoted in last year to PLK - the highest level league of basketball in Poland], because I assure you that this is no marketing gimmick and we do everything [we can] that I could play there. This would be the fulfillment of small dream - to play in the Polish league and additionally in the city I come from.
