This about sums it up.
All I have to say is “Well played, Kobe. I still hate your guts, but well played.”
We’re not contenders. We’re at best a 7th or 8th seed team. Considering we fought tonight, I’m happy. We lost because Kobe went Kobe on us. Nothing more can be said.
As long as we have Steve, I still believe!
I really just hate losing to the Lakers...
it really grinds my gears. But yea no excuses. We just collapsed during the 4th. Offensive rebounds caught up to us. When our bench can’t produce we really suck. Hill, he did great defensively he gets a free pass.
Our bench needs a playmaker in there. As much as i love Price aggresive D. we also need JD back in the bench. Shannon’s plays are just too erratic.

The difference was rebounds and Brown.

If you've been watching the Lakers dominate for years upon years
You would be nervous playing them too.
Our bench had 26 points
theirs had 14. It wasn’t the bench fault (well, mostly)
by Chafid Ahmad on Jan 10, 2012 11:04 PM MST up reply actions
Our bench defended really well
Our O is just so crappy when Brown and Price play. Brown is a ball hog, and Price can’t create anything but trouble for our team.
Sadly, Hak looks brilliant in the post as a 3, and he took the grand total of 7 shots. It’s an absolute disgrace that the guards couldn’t feed him more than that.
by MMotherwell on Jan 10, 2012 11:09 PM MST up reply actions
I would actually blame it on Brown alone.
Price may not be a maestro on offense but he can set players up decently and keep the ball flowing relatively well.
Everyone is too anxious too get back on the other end of floor when the Suns miss their shots
And on the offense, 4 guys are parked at the 3pt. arc leaving Gortat to rebound. This is classic Suns and all these years they haven’t corrected these.
