Michael Redd can be what we really have needed, a scorer. In every season where he was healthy and he started, he got at least 20 ppg. He's a better scorer than J-Rich and just maybe he could surpass Amar'e if he is healthy and has Nash on his side to give him open looks.I know no one is really excited about his defense, which is decent at best, but I don't think defense is our problem right now. In the two games vs the Hornets we played great defense but Gordon had a lucky shot in the first game.In the Thunder game, we kept Durant to only 12 points! And his season average is 27.4, I think we did great defensively in that game, no one on their team scored over 20 with Westbrook being their top scorer with 18.I know that two years ago, we were a beast offensively, and a horrible defensive team. This year, we are kind of the opposite. We can play good defense, but our offense sucks. I think that this team just needs to get used to playing more and the offense will come to our players more naturally, everyone is in a huge shooting hump and Gortat can't go to work with his thumb annoying him every time he plays. That is why we got Michael Redd, an offensive monster. He can shoot threes amazingly and he was part of the 08 Redeem Team in the olympics. In one year with the Bucks, he averaged 27 ppg in a playoff series, thats the same as Durant right now!If we can bring Redd to life, with Nash finding him a bunch of looks, he can easily score 20 ppg, the only thing is he has to play alot of minutes to score. Also I have a question, is Redd gonna play tonight?
