Lopez Trade Idea
Just thought I'd see if we could get something decent for lopez...
http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=7aendls
Jordan Hill and Hasheem Thabeet for Robin Lopez and Josh Childress
I added in Childress as a super maybe. Hopefully we can dump that bad contract. Even if it's just Lopez for Hill, that would give us another young player to build around....If you have any other ideas, post them in the comments...

Suns: AWWW YEAAA 8TH PICK AND 2ND PICK WE MAKE OUT LIKE BANDITS LET'S DO IT!
Rockets: AWWW YEAAA 8TH PICK AND 2ND PICK BUSTS FOR REAL ROLE PLAYERS WE MAKE OUT LIKE BANDITS LET’S DO IT!
Week later both realize that they essentially trade rotten apples for some rotten oranges and never speak of this trade ever again.
@phxpurple Who was...
…Jared Dudley before he came to PHX?…It’s not about name recognition. And the reason Thabeet is in there is because he only has 2 years left on his contract whereas Chilly has 4…
@rzyn agreed, but I’d rather trade for players that are unknown to us and that haven’t been able to experience the “Nash” effect. Both players could have a higher value playing here than Lopez and Chilly do now…

I don't see why we should trade Nash
We surely won’t/ can’t get anything worthwhile for him, so why do it. People keep saying we should trade him to solidify our position in this year’s draft, the truth is; we are already doing that with him here. What we need to do is trade as many of the role players for draft pick and see what happens from there.
Frye and Dudley have been really disappointing thus far, Dudley is cheap but Frye isn’t. If they don’t pick themselves up, I say play Chilly more (Gentry should stop being stupid expecting him to become a shooter, he is what he is) to try and improve his trade value, develop Morris’ all-around game, trade whoever we can outside Nash, Gortat and Morris cementing us for a top 3 pick this draft.

Gentry expects that from Chilly
Because that is what our offensive system asks him to do. Spread the floor for Nash to do work. I like Chilly and wish he would play but he is just not a fit for the offense we run.

Cardinals, Suns, D-backs for life!
Also we vant keep just bringing in crap and expect the "nash effect" to get us back to the WCF
Chilldress
Warrick
Hedo
All random scraps of poop wh even nash in all his glory couldnt make starters. We need dudes who can help nash and have his back not more inconsistent role guys. not saying ur trade idea isnt being proatibe though. Its still better than letting Rolo walk

Just because Steve Nash has that "dirty hipster" look doesn't mean he's in need of a shower. Steve Nash bathes in the tears of his victims on a nightly basis.

So have I.
But yet these people still seem to know it’s me. I can’t think for the life of me how that’s possible!

Just to let you know that since you've posted that new pic of yourself..
I’ve been rosterbating to it…a lot.
Let's do this...!
I rosterbate to myself too.
Wow that came out wrong.

Actually, Jordan Hill has been a surprise for the Rockets this year
He played well before the Rockets acquired Dalembert… Hill is 13 ppg and 10 rpg per 36

This was less than meh.
My trade ideas: NONE.
This teams had tooooooo many people passing through in the past 5-7 years. Keep this team together as is.
If I ever gave good advise, I assure you, it was purely by accident.

Houston's not taking a wing back, especially if it's Childress
Lopez would be a good fit there though and they’ll probably trade everyone outside of Lowry.
ummmm . . .
Eric Gordon ? , does anyone have any trade scenarios . . . he rejected the Hornets offer
This would probably make too much sense for it to happen.
http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=8y3k9bx
Everybody wins, and I mean everybody.
We should trade for Gordon
And get Mayo in FA, we would be a beast team if we just got a good PF besides Morris

Why get 2 SG?
Mayo wont sign here just to come off the bench

Bucks andrew bogut has a broken ankle and is out indefinitely. There’s a good oppurtunity for a lopez trade right there! We could offer them lopez for larry sanders, jon brockman and a second round pick. Not the most glamorous offer but still nets us an additional pick in the 2nd round.
What say we take Gooden's bad contract off their hands, as well
and in return they give us their 1st round pick (that part obviously doesn’t show up below)

Voted most likely to say "I told you so"
This is kind of off the subject, unless we somehow aquire a mid to late first round pick in a lopez deal. I got to see north carolina, florida and washington play tonight and got a good look at some potential suns prospects.
Starting with north carolina vs nc state- marshall looked very impressive with his passing and control of the tempo during the game, barnes and henson were good as usual, but i was most impressed by tyler zeller.
He showed good footwork, good hands, always seemed to be in the right position to recieve a pass in the post and score and had 10 rebounds at the half. He finished with seventeen points and fifteen rebounds. He also showed that he could run the floor and finish with a soft touch. Basically, he did everything that we wished lopez would do from the center position without picking up more than two fouls. He might be the type of backup center we need behind gortat, provided we can get another first round in a trade in order to get him.
After that game i watched florida vs mississippi. The gators trailed until the start of the second half. I was hoping to get a look at brad beal, but he had an off night. Patrick young was pretty impressive however, he pretty much dominated the smaller rebels on the interior and showed he can rebound really well and play solid post defense. He also showed strong finishing ability in traffic and in transition getting way above the rim for some powerful dunks. He would bring an energy and toughness in the paint that we’ve been lacking and would be a solid backup power forward.
The last game i saw was the huskies vs the sun devils. It gave me a chance to see both terrence ross and tony wroten in action. Ross didn’t really look aggressive tonight against the sundevils and finished with 10 points. wroten on the other hand, he showed very good ball skills and pretty much got to the basket any time he wanted. He didn’t really show that he could shoot from the outside, but was aggressive nonetheless and also got to the line a fair amount.
He had a very athletic dunk in traffic at the end of the game and also showed impressive passing ability. He finished with twenty one points. I believe the draft prospects i’ve watched tonight would be available to the suns if we aquired another first round pick in a lopez trade.
The question is what or who can we offer along with lopez to make sure we can get that additional pick and get a chance to grab one of these guys?
