Where do you see the Suns a year from now?

Why are we waiting?

HOW do we make something happen?

Basically at the rate Suns are going and what I have been reading there is no quick fix with the current roster at hand. They BORKED most likely one of their easiest stretch of road games I have seen in years and seem to have found themselves at a disagreement with the direction of the team and lack of team chemistry. Honestly what I am seeing is a list of players trying to prove themselves over another rather than trying to win basketball games. Theory in my mind is this:

Gortat is trying to prove he is an elite center in the NBA

Dragic is trying to prove he is an All-Star and proper replacement to Nash

Beasley is trying to prove that he is a true number 2 draft pick and in the right system is comparable to Melo and LBJ

Brown is trying to prove that he is a star SG

Morris trying to prove he is a starting level PF

Telfair has made it clear he would like to prove he is a starting level PG

Tucker is trying to prove he belongs in the NBA

O'Neal is trying to prove he isn't too old to play

Dudley is trying to prove he is not just a hustle and scrap player and is possibly bidding for a spot in the 2013 NBA 3 point contest

These are a lot of players trying to prove something rather than knowing who they are. The only player i see letting game come to him rather than trying to force a situation is Scola.

So back to the questions as there is only on solution to the problem that this team is. We need players who know who they are and where they stand rather than an entire team of dreamers. It's ok to have 1 or 2 players trying to prove themselves but we have 8-9 players trying to be "The Man"

So a solution that is needed is a huge blockbuster style trade where we give up 3-5 players and 1-2 players who know who the feck they are.

The questions are ask, Who is leaving, who is coming? What is the final straw to make something happen? When should we expect change? How far in the standing will we be once something does happen? Why is the FO not addressing this and doing something NOW about it? How can we make something happen?
