Rick Welts has not even been gone from the Suns for a year and the presidency of the franchise's business side is changing again. Brad Casper, the former head of Dial Corp., resigned as Suns president after nine months on the job. Chief Operating Officer Jason Rowley will assume the role of president overseeing the Suns' business operations.
