Michael Beasley: The "High" Flyer

As we all know, Michael Beasley was a stud basketball player in college. Averaging 26 ppg and 12 reb, he was supposed to be the next superstar in the NBA. As we also know, and which is not uncommon for college athletes, is that Michael was a pot head. I am sure he probably smoked before a lot of his games, practices and workouts, leaving him to be high during those activities. Getting drafted second overall is a lot of pressure put on him and although we know he did not quit smoking weed, i'm sure he cut back a lot, and stopped doing it before games and practices, and this is where the problem lies.

When Michael is high, he is fearless. He attacks the rim at will, goes after every rebound, and plays with massive amounts of energy. At least that's what i get from his college highlights and stats.... which leads me to believe that there is one solution to getting that Michael Beasley back and bring the super star out of him, just in time to be a Phoenix Sun. We have got to get this man high, I mean really damn high. I am thinking if we can get all fans to bring marijuana into the purple palace about 40 minutes before tip off, every home game, light up when Michael is warming up, smoke him out, and then watch the magic work with him taking off and leading us to the playoffs.

But honestly I think that is why he was so good in college, because of the drug use, too bad he cant get away with using it in the pros, oh well, maybe he can figure it out this year.

Here is a pretty interesting article about athletes smoking marijuana:

Espn Article: "We smoked it all"

and i know i have written some pretty fantastic fan posts in my time, so i'm sure you were all looking forward to this one. Any thoughts and or opinions?
