We sit Howard and Love for the remainder of the year while they heal, tank the shizzle out of the rest of the season with D-League call-ups and other scrubs - then draft high for a solid prospect at the 2 and/or 3.
Lakers get better instantly with a squad more adept to run D'Antoni's offense AND lots of fiscal relief.
Cleveland, despite what Hollinger's robo-doppelganger thinks, gets better with Pau's veteran presence and Channing's ability to spread the floor for a Pau/Kyrie dynamo.
The Wolves survive the Love injury and stay about as good as they are this year - but - they get a disgruntled star out of the way and let their insane Rubio mancrush go on with 13-14 financial flexibility and the Polish Hammer to run the PnR.
I'm no genius but I'm sure this isn't possible without some serious repercussions to the space-time continuum. Or a lot of executives with secret drug addictions. But it's a slow B-Ball news day (thus far!) and I love to play armchair GM.
Whatcha Think...?
Poll
I kinda think this could be good for all teams involved - Clearly way better for the Suns then anyone else but I'm biased. Is somebody really getting screwed here?
