So, according to our good pall Alex Kennedy, the NY Knickerbockers are interested in Jared Dudley. Here is the tweet.

Source says the New York Knicks have some interest in Jared Dudley. No word on who they would offer or if talks have taken place.

Checked out a couple of Knick blogs and they are fairly mixed on the issue. Many would love to have him, but will not give up Shumpert for him as they think he is a future starter. They want to send us Prigioni, Copeland, and THE Kurt Thomas for him. They are even hesitant to include Steve Novak. Are you kidding me? Some seem to think that the JYD does not play D.

However, those in the know love the idea of adding Dudley, especially in the win now culture of New York. They think Dudley is better now than Shump is and may be better than he ever would be. What do you guys think? Is there anything the Knicks could offer us for Dudley?
