Interim head coach Lindsey Hunter pulled no punches in stating that if there is not effort on the court certain players will not play, and he went as far as naming names. In an ugly loss the ugly side of this game can seep out and Hunter's frustration was evident.
In a comical sense this game felt more like the Washington Generals vs. the Washington Generals with the erratic play and with the way it finished for the Suns, that wouldn't be hyperbole.
In their last five games against lottery teams the Suns are 2-3 including three straight losses to the lower level teams of the NBA. Then again, in their last five against playoff teams they are 2-3. Tonight they host the lottery bound Wizards.
