Hi Brightsiders, I was thinking about possible targets our Suns could go after, by deadline or the off-season.
Target 1: Gordon Hayward
Hayward is a restricted free agent at the end of the season. He has shown he is a very solid offensive and defensive player. Hayward has been having a terrific season. He may be having struggle with the three ball, but the month of January for Hayward has been incredible:
|2013-14 Regular Season||39||36.1||6.1-14.6||.419||1.3-3.8||.327||3.8-4.6||.833||5.4||4.9||0.7||1.4||2.1||2.6||17.3|
Those are fairly nice stats,and in January he has taken his game to another level, shooting 24.8 pts per game and increased his shooting percentage to above 0.500. He is a very versatile player and can play the 2 and 3. If the suns decide to acquire him he would be more fitted at the three.
Target 2: Harrison Barnes

Harrison Barnes is in his second season at the Golden State Warriors. I thought Barnes is a suitable option as he is young and would provide us with sustainable success for the future and present. In last years play-offs Barnes was simply insane and was a large part of the Warriors play-off run.
Averaging that is astonishing for rookie to perform like that against quality opponents in the play-offs. However he hasn't contributed as much as last season due to signing of Andre Iguodala. Iggy has a 4 year contract, which should mean Barnes may not be required and could be a nice acquisition to the squad.
Target 3: Luol Deng
Luol Deng a veteran two way player that we rarely see, and I tend to think of a rich mans PJ Tucker. Deng has a fluent offensive game and hustle type defensive game.
Deng shows the quality he could bring to this team and could potentially be pivotal roll in next seasons play-offs.
