Who else is out there?

Fans are understandably suspicious of the prospects of adding Pau Gasol to the team. He would likely crowd out valuable minutes from Markieff, Frye, Len and Plumlee and it is unclear if he could produce within the suns fast-paced system.

That said, there isn't much talk about who else is legitimately out there within the criteria that the Suns are presumably looking for. The criteria is likely/hopefully stars on expiring deals that wont impact our future cap flexibility. Obviously, we would take on a star with multiple years if they were available and fit our long term plans, but I don't really see that many available that fit that description. Upcoming restricted free agents like Hayward also have too low of salaries for Okafor to be a central piece in the deal.

So, in the context of a trade centered around Okafor's deal and potentially one or two draft picks, who else is out there that is realistic and on a one-year deal?

There is Evan Turner combined with Spencer Hawes, but I bet Philly would want a bit too much draft pick compensation. We also would likely have to want to extend Turner for that to be a worthwhile deal.

Memphis and Minnesota are still contending so Randolph and Love are out of the question for now.

Denver is loaded with players, but almost all of them have multi-year deals.

So I ask you, commenters, to come up with a few names that fit the mold besides Gasol. I really don't see any.
