What a trade for Kevin Love might look like

With us needing a serious post presence and legit big man, I think the best thing to do is go after the premier big man in the league. He is the perfect fit for our system and I think he would really enjoy and benefit being a weapon playing off of the Dragic & Bledsoe combo. He would likely average the same numbers but see a spike in efficiency and I think we could see him actually improve a little bit defensively. The question is what would it take to pry him from Minnesota? I think the Melo trade showed us that it takes a few good players and a few good picks to get a star of that caliber. So my proposal to Minny would be: Gerald Green, the Morris brothers, Emeka Okafors expiring contract, our 14th overall 2014 1st rd pick, and the Wizards 17th overall pick in the 1st that we have this year. We get Kevin Love and Chase Buddinger. I think this is probably the best deal Minny can get and I think its a reasonable trade that makes sense for both teams. Our roster would be Bledsoe, Dragic, Tucker, Love, and Plumlee as the starters and our bench would be Ish, Archie, Buddinger, Frye, and Len. Also throw in the late (27th overall I believe) draft pick we will have in the 1st this year via Indy. That pick could possibly replace a guy like Ish or Tucker if we don't get them re-signed. Plus any possibly FAs we may add to round out the roster. I like that 10 man unit and think it has potential to do some major damage. Definitely a playoff contender and depending on how fast they come together could even make a run in the playoffs. If we make a run and Love creates a bond with the city, team mates, and coaching staff, I think that we would have a good shot of re-signing him when he becomes a FA. If we somehow are not able to re-sign him, it would hurt, but we have another 3 first round picks in the next draft so we could find a guy there or trade those picks, or really any number of different options. What do you guys think? Is this a fair trade for both teams?
