I hope everyone has/had an awesome Memorial Day Weekend. Here's some stuff:
- The Oklahoma City Thunder looks to avoid becoming Chokelahoma City Blunder in Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals, while the Golden State Warriors look to avoid the embarrassment of not returning the NBA Finals after setting a regular season record with 73 wins. While most victories are measured in glory, these losses might be measured in even greater helpings of shame. (For what it's worth, I think two great teams entered, one great team leaves and them's the breaks. It's a referendum on no one.)
- Anyone see X-Men: Apocalypse? I heard it was kind of disappointing. How about Alice Through the Looking Glass? If so, Disney would like to personally send you a thank-you note since it is kind of crashing and burning at the box office.
- Pretend there is a baseball thing here.
- The Stanley Cup Finals start tonight. It could be a big night in the Bay Area if the The San Jose Sharks strike first against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
What's on your mind?
